Have you coached runners through 100km and 100-mile races?
Yes. I've raced ultra distances myself — including 100km for Northern Ireland and 100-mile finishes — and coach runners through everything from their first 50k to multi-day events.
Do I need to be fast on the road before going long?
No. Ultra running rewards strength, fuelling, pacing and mental strength — not road speed. We build the right base for your goal race.
How do you handle fuelling and kit?
Fuelling, hydration, kit and pacing are part of every ultra block. We test it in training so race day isn't a guess.
