Best for: runners with a single marathon target who want a structured block — either a first-marathon build or a sub-3 push.

Coaching FAQs.

Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. The Smart Plan is rolling monthly — you can pause or stop with reasonable notice. The Marathon Plan is paid upfront for the 16-18 week block leading into your race.
What does the setup fee cover?
Your onboarding call, your initial physiology and training review, and the building of your first training block.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes — many runners start on a Marathon Plan for a specific goal and then move onto the Smart Plan once the race is done.
What gear do I need?
A GPS watch helps but isn't essential. Garmin, Coros, Suunto and Apple Watch all work well with the system.
