Can you coach me for my first marathon?
Yes. A big share of RNNNG runners are stepping up to their first marathon — Belfast, London, Dublin, Manchester and beyond. Plans build slowly and sensibly so race day feels earned.
What kind of weekly mileage will I be running?
It depends on your background, time, and target. Marathon plans are progressive — we add load steadily and back off when you need it.
Do you coach for marathon PBs?
Absolutely. Plenty of runners come to RNNNG to break a marathon PB, including chasing good-for-age and championship times.
