RNNNG coaching is structured but human. Here's exactly what happens when you start working with me.

    Tell me about your running

    Free 30-minute consultation by phone or video. We talk about your goals, your history, your week, and what's getting in the way.

  2. 02

    Get your personalised plan

    I build your first training block from scratch — based on your fitness, schedule and target race. Delivered through the RNNNG athlete app.

  3. 03

    Train with clear targets

    Every session has a pace, an effort and a purpose. You always know what to run today, and why.

  4. 04

    Weekly feedback & adjustments

    I review your week. When life shifts — work, illness, injury, fatigue — the plan shifts with it. You're not on your own.

  5. 05

    Race day

    A clear pacing and fuelling strategy, plus the calm of knowing you've done the work. Then you go again.
