Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use this website or sign up for coaching with Nick Weston, trading as RNNNG ("I", "me", "RNNNG"). By using the site or booking coaching you agree to them.

The service

RNNNG provides remote personal running coaching, including a tailored training plan, weekly feedback, and ongoing mentorship. Coaching is delivered online through the athlete app and email. Specific deliverables depend on the plan you sign up for.

Payment

• Coaching is billed monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are shown on the coaching pages and may change with reasonable notice; any change applies to future billing periods, not the one already paid.
• Late or failed payments may pause coaching until the account is brought up to date.

Cancellation

Either of us can end coaching by giving one month's notice in writing (email is fine). You'll continue to receive coaching for that month and it will be your final billed period. Already-paid months are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your responsibilities

• Tell me about any medical conditions, injuries, or medications that could affect training.
• Train within your ability and stop if something hurts beyond normal training discomfort.
• Provide honest training feedback so I can adjust your plan effectively.
• Keep your account login secure and don't share coaching content with third parties.

Health disclaimer

Running carries inherent risks of injury. I am not a medical professional and the coaching I provide is not medical advice. You should consult a GP before starting a new training programme, especially if you have any health conditions or haven't exercised recently. See the Health & Safety notice for more.

Liability

I take coaching seriously and will use reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, missed race performance, or injuries sustained while training. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited under UK law.

Intellectual property

Training plans, written content, and coaching materials I provide are for your personal use. Please don't republish, resell, or share them.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always on this page; material changes affecting active coaching clients will be flagged by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Northern Ireland courts.
