Common questions.
- I can only run for 5 minutes — is this for me?
- Yes. RNNNG coaches plenty of runners starting from very little. We build slowly, with walking breaks where they help, and grow from there.
- Do I need a smartwatch?
- No. A basic GPS watch helps but isn't essential. Your phone is enough to get going.
- How quickly will I see progress?
- Most new runners feel a difference inside a few weeks — easier breathing, longer runs, more confidence. Real fitness builds over months.
