- Yes — sub-2 is one of the most common goals RNNNG coaches towards. Plans are built around pacing, threshold work and consistent long runs.
- How long should I train for a half marathon?
- It depends on your starting fitness. Most runners benefit from a 10–16 week block. We tailor this around your goal race.
- I've never raced before — is this too much?
- Not at all. RNNNG coaches plenty of first-time half marathon runners, building them from a comfortable base to the finish line.
