This gives me the chance to get to know you and discuss your goals and aspirations. I look at how your life affects your ability to train, and work out the best strategies to maximise your schedule. Emails, questionnaires, Microsoft Teams or a good old fashioned phone call can all be utilised to make your plan as effective as possible. Your first week’s training plan is included in this cost so you can see how the format works and you can provide feedback as to how you found the process before committing to a monthly fee.
Once you have decided that a RNNNG smart plan is for you, then you can move to a rolling monthly standing order payment. There is no minimum or maximum term. Plans are written on a week by week basis with feedback given and adjustments made once per week. All I ask is that you update me at the end of each week with how your training has gone and anything that may affect your training in the coming week.
For someone wanting to achieve that one off specific goal such as completing their first 10k race or getting a PB in a marathon. We go through the same personalisation process that the monthly smart plan requires, but once I know you and your running goal, I produce a set programme for you to follow leading up to your target. This is a more cost effective option for someone not wanting the weekly feedback and adjustment that a standard smart plan provides. I am happy to do one mid plan adjustment for those unexpected illnesses or injuries that may affect your goal, but anyone wanting more regular adjustments should opt for the rolling month by month smart plan.

These are priced individually depending on the time taken and the location. Please contact me with the type of session you require and we can discuss suitable times, dates, location and costs.
