I created RNNNG because I love helping people to realise their potential and find their own passion for using their body to propel themselves forward. Whether you’re half marathon training or wanting to complete your first 5k, RNNNG gives you a purpose for every session, helping you become the RNNR you deserve to be.
Bespoke running training plans built to fit around your life. I look at where your current fitness is and where you want it to be, then collaborate with you to decide on how best to get there. Plans can be produced weekly with regular feedback and adjustments, or designed as a training block for one specific target. There is also the option of face to face training sessions for individuals or groups based locally.
Working out how and when to train can be a difficult process. Using the smart plan format, I have taken complete beginners to recreational runners, 5k runners to marathon runners and experienced marathon runners to exceptional PBs. Whatever the starting point and whatever the goals, RNNNG smart plans can work with you and your lifestyle.
